specialty custom devices that allow me to cut parts on standard pieces of fabrication equipment in very controlled manners. Oftentimes a jig will have fixtures mounted on it in order to actually hold the part. For example, a cross cutting sled for a table saw is an example of a general purpose cutting jig.
